Founding offer terms

A 20% discount on Cori Dog products purchased from our first production batches. There is no minimum order. The discount applies to the product price only; shipping, duties and taxes sit outside the percentage reduction and will be shown clearly before you buy.

Eligibility starts only when Cori Dog's server accepts the private email-confirmation proof for a request made under this version of the terms before our first products go on sale. A form receipt, attempted email delivery, or repeated request does not prove membership. One benefit per person and per confirmed email address; it is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

If eligible products become available, we expect to try to contact eligible members at their confirmed address with redemption instructions. Message delivery, a code, a personal purchase link, stock, and successful redemption are not guaranteed. Keep your address current by contacting us; an anonymous repeat request will not replace it.

Any redemption message will state its window. Our current intention is to allow at least 60 days, but no window begins merely because a request or confirmation message was received.

First batches are limited by their nature. Eligibility does not reserve stock and does not guarantee that a first or later batch will be available. If plans change, we will describe any replacement rather than claim that an unavailable product was reserved.

Any advertised price reduction will be calculated against the applicable legally required reference price, including the lowest price applied in the previous 30 days where that rule applies. Cori Dog will not inflate a comparison price to make a discount look larger than it is.

The benefit cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Where more than one offer would apply, the higher discount is used — you simply keep the better one.

Cori Dog is in development. Formats, formulations, pricing and timing may change, and a specific product may not reach market at all. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation of stock, or a contract of sale, and no payment is taken at this stage. There is no obligation to buy anything, ever.

We may correct errors and make operational or legally required changes. Updated versions are published here. Where a change materially affects an eligible member and contact is permitted and deliverable, we will try to explain it before it takes effect. Nothing here guarantees future message delivery or an unavailable product.

These are promotional terms for the founding benefit. They are not the full terms of a future shop. Before any checkout, Cori Dog will provide the trader's identity and contact details, the total price including taxes and delivery costs, delivery arrangements, payment terms, the complaints process, the applicable 14-day withdrawal information for distance sales, and statutory legal-guarantee information about goods.

Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

Marketing consent and waitlist membership are separate. Using a marketing unsubscribe stops marketing but does not by itself remove a confirmed waitlist entry or founding-benefit state. To leave the waitlist, use a waitlist-removal route when provided or email us. Leaving deletes the entry and ends its benefit; research linked through verified proof is deleted with it.
